There is no established time in advance to make a reservation, however, it is advisable to book 2 to 3 months in advance, since the tourism sector is managed with a system of variable prices and these can increase or be subject to changes. availability of spaces at the time of making the reservation.

Our packages and tours are non-transferable and non-refundable, however, Munaq Travel will support the passenger in special cases, but is governed by the conditions and policies of its providers.

Yes, all minors must be accompanied by their parents or a responsible adult during the trip, otherwise they must have the corresponding notarial permission to use the services.

Yes, we have special discounts for children accompanied by their parents, in the case of students the discount will be applied upon presentation of their student card. This must be previously communicated to our reservations area.

Yes, we have special discounts for groups, you just have to write to us at reservas@munaqtravel.com and indicate the number of passengers and the package or tours you want in order to offer you a special price.

We have different means of payment. You can pay in cash, by bank transfer to our company checking account and by credit card payment via link. Our prices are net, they do not include bank transfer costs or commissions for each card.
